This policy covers ThinkerLab Uploads, the internal tool ThinkerLab uses to publish and manage videos on its own YouTube channels and to store publishing files in its own Google Drive.

Who uses it

Only ThinkerLab staff, signing in with ThinkerLab's own Google accounts. The tool is not offered to the public.

What it accesses

• YouTube (upload, manage, read, analytics): to upload ThinkerLab's videos, set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and publish times, and to read view and audience statistics for ThinkerLab's channels.
• Google Drive (only files the tool creates): to store ready-to-post files for ThinkerLab's own social accounts.

How data is used and stored

Sign-in tokens and channel statistics are stored only on ThinkerLab's own computer. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Google user data is used only to provide the features above, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is handled under the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; stored tokens are then deleted from ThinkerLab's computer.
